Yeah sorry I got sidetracked from getting the surprise of racing! Every day they fire the bike up at 3:27pm

Also pretty wild --- I had to stop at Mxsports office today and they surprised me by handing me a ticket for getting into the 50+ class!

I ALMOST got in 45+ today! They took 3 alternates and I was 4th. So since I was geared up we headed down the road and took the obligatory LL pictures.

Woohoo!!! In a last second crazy flurry right before the start of moto 1 I got IN for 50+!!!! I got no parade lap, just had to go right to the gate...could barely ride I was so nervous but now I can try to ride better the rest of the week!

The bike is scheduled to be on-site Tuesday.....

Our massive setup up in the woods on stagecoach hill! Not looking like I will get in. I'm first alternate right now and the first moto is 230pm Tuesday. In Masters 50+ every seeded racer and EVERY alternate showed up! Someone got hurt in our practice and that bumped the first alt IN so now...

Cooler this year than normal.

Got my diesel pusher double decker trailer all loaded up for the ride down to the ranch!

They are harmful. Heart attacks kill a lot of people every year.

I've never seen a snake that big in Ohio, that's pretty wild! I was riding at Croom in Florida once in the trails, and we stopped for a minute to take a break. Near where we stopped there was a web in a tree with one of those huge banana spiders in it. I was near passing out seeing that and...

Meanwhile I'm driving down in a minivan with my 350 stuffed in the back......

Live image from LL this morning of Tim Cotter trying to get campers parked!

Holy jeez hope you are ok Alph!

Old guy LL training at Supercoop MX today. Man that track is brutal. I'm not super fond of riding there.....but then I always feel good afterwards....

I raced that by myself a couple years ago. Got 4th in the Ironman class. I was pretty sore after racing a 3hr GP by myself!

Thanks that is tempting! But I really need to hold off for now, trying to buy too many other things at the moment!

I've lost interest to be honest. I was excited to do Burg, but I've just been doing so much MX for last year that I didn't have much fun in the woods. Maybe the Amherst GPs in the fall will kick it back into me. I will say though, watching Romanyak and the other Surron dudes rip off the line...

Rider lists are posted: https://mxsports.com/rider-roster

The closest thing would be Grears which basically doesn't open anymore. I'm assuming they are closed at this point.....

I tossed up a helmet cam lap of Burg. Yes I have an old GoPro without stabilization. Yes I'm old and slow. If you watch to where we enter the MX track, you'll see exactly what I mean about woods guys and going diagonal while rolling jumps. Dude started on left of track and I just head...
